Lifetime Limited Warranty

The enclosed product carries a lifetime limited warranty for the original residential retail buyer as long as the product remains installed in the original RV windows.

Covered Under This Warranty

Lifetime: The entire product is covered against manufacturing defects, i.e., flaws in product design, materials, or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction.

5 Years: All fabric

3 Years: Operation/functionality, including but not limited to lift cords, ladder cords, rings, CCL, and internal cords, such as those found in cordless RV blinds and shades.

Here’s What’s Not Covered Under This Warranty

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product failures resulting from:

  • Misuse and abuse
  • Improper installation, handling, operation, and cleaning
  • Misapplication
  • Extraordinary use
  • Exposure to salt air
  • Accidents
  • Alterations
  • Misapplication
  • Damage from pets/pests/insects

Costs related to the following are not covered:

  • Product removal
  • Brand label removal
  • Product reinstallation
  • Product remeasure
  • Transportation to and from the retailer
  • Incidental or consequential damage
  • Shipping

If multiple blinds/shades are in the same RV, only the defective item will be replaced.

How to Report Shipping Damage

If damage occurred to your product during shipping, report within 7 calendar days; failure to do so may result in the denial of credit for the damaged product.

How to Obtain Service

If you suspect a manufacturing defect in the materials or workmanship of the product:

Warranty Remedy

Under this Lifetime Limited Warranty, the following shall be your sole remedy.

If a manufacturing defect is identified in the materials or workmanship of the enclosed product, we will (at our discretion) do one of the following:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Refund the cost of the product

Please Note:

Colors may vary between production batches and may not exactly match sample swatches or previous purchases.

Discontinued RV blinds and shades or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product.

No agent, dealer, representative, or unauthorized employee has the authority to modify or extend the terms of this lifetime limited warranty. This warranty supersedes all previous versions.
